Greek Pasta Salad
A quick, easy and tasty greek style salad that can be made with or without the pasta!
Ingredients

feta cheese
cubed |

cucumbers
sliced |

½ | cup |
sweet red bell peppers
sliced |

1 | cup |
cherry tomatoes
halved |
|
½ | cup |
kalamata olives
pitted, halved |

onions
thinly sliced |

olive oil

vinegar

salt and black pepper
to taste |

cooked, drained, cooled, optional |

Directions
Drain the cheese, cube it and place it in a large salad bowl.
Add the cucumbers, red peppers, olives, tomatoes, onion and pasta and mix well.
Whisk the olive oil, vinegar, oregano, salt and pepper and lemon juice in a bowl and then pour over the salad and toss.
