120 grams brown rice flour
3/4 cup, or you can use sorghum flour
½ cup cocoa powder
1 teaspoon xanthan gum
½ teaspoon baking powder

These gluten free chocolate chip zucchini brownies look and sound delicious. Love using almond meal, which gives the brownies amazing nutty flavor; vegetable oil is another great thump up for me, a lot healthier than butter but still makes the brownies super moist and delicious.

Thanks for a yummy gluten-free brownie recipe that can turn zucchinis into something delicious and healthy.

Yay! So glad you tried them and like the recipe :)
