Ingredients

1 cup ham
cooked, cubed

1 cup swiss cheese
or cheddar, cubed

1 cup pepperoni
diced
*
1 cup eggs
hard boiled, cubed (4 eggs)
1 tablespoon Parmesan cheese
grated
2 large eggs
beaten
1 each bread dough
*

Directions

Preheat oven to 425℉ (220℃).

Press out dough.

Pour filling in center.

Fold over.

Press edges.

Let rise on cookie sheet 20 minutes.

Prick with fork.

Brush with butter before and after baking.

Bake 35 minutes, covered with foil.

Bake 15 minutes, uncovered.
