Directions
Preheat oven to 350℉ (180℃).
Sift together flour, sugar, cocoa powder, soda and salt.
Add vegetable oil, vinegar, vanilla.
Pour in 2 cups water; mix well.
Spread in ungreased 9-by-13-inch pan.
Bake 30 to 35 minutes.
Let cool in pan on wire rack.
