cooked and cooled *

for garnish *

Directions

Beat together yolks, sugar, and cinnamon.

Stir in milk and vanilla.

Fold in oatmeal. Ladle 16 ounces of mixture into 2 cup buttered ramekins and bake at 350℉ (180℃), in water bath, for 55 to 60 minutes.

Serve hot or chilled, top with berries.
