A delicious change from the standard Krab or Clam dip.

Ingredients

1 canned salmon

8 ounces cream cheese

2 tablespoons onions
finely grated
¼ teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 dash red chili sauce

1 tablespoon liquid smoke

1 teaspoon horseradish
(or more)
nuts
or parsley, chopped

crackers
*

Directions

Mix together all ingredients except nuts, parsley, and crackers.

Create a ball or log and roll in chopped nuts or parsley.

Serve with crackers.
