Directions
Put water, brown sugar, sugar, white vinegar, lemon juice, soy sauce, tomato paste, garlic powder, and ginger in crock pot and whisk.
Add chicken breasts, and cook on low 5 hours.
Combine the remaining ⅓ cup water cornstarch well and add to pot.
Then add pineapple, onion, green bell pepper.
Cook on low for another 45 minutes.
Serve over rice.
