When you need breakfast that feels like a treat but doesn’t require actual effort, this is your recipe.

Just four ingredients get whisked together and poured onto pizza dough like the world’s easiest savory custard. No par-baking the crust, no cooking components separately, no layering technique to master. The eggs puff up around chunks of bacon and pockets of melted cheese, creating a cross between a frittata and a pizza that’s somehow better than either.

This is the kind of thing you throw together on Saturday morning when everyone’s hungry and you haven’t had coffee yet. Kids love it because it’s pizza for breakfast. Adults love it because it’s done before the second cup kicks in.

Use store-bought pizza dough from the refrigerated section and you’re literally 10 minutes of hands-on time away from hot breakfast.
