Double Chocolate and Walnut Pancakes
These delicious pancakes are made with whole wheat flour, cocoa powder, chocolate chips, and walnuts. Serve with maple syrup, ideal for breakfast or brunch.

Directions
In a medium bowl, whisk together the whole wheat flour, cocoa powder, baking powder and salt.
In a separate medium bowl, whisk together the milk, eggs and sugar.
Add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture and whisk just until blended. Stir in chocolate chips and walnuts.
Heat a large nonstick skillet over medium heat. Brush lightly with vegetable oil.
Drop ¼ cup of the batter onto the skillet. You should be able to cook 2 or 3 pancakes at the same time if your pan is large enough.
Cook until the pancakes start to bubble. Flip over and continue to cook for another 2 to 3 minutes.
Transfer onto a plate, and cover with a piece of foil to keep warm.
Repeat with the remaining batter until all the batter is used up.
Serve the warm pancakes with maple syrup and fresh fruits.
