Directions

Combine all ingredients except Mix.

Add Mix and beat to blend thoroughly.

Turn into a 9×5×3 inch loaf pan, bottom rubbed with shortening.

Bake in a 350℉ (180℃). oven, about 50 minutes. Let stand about 10 minutes, then turn out on a rack to cool.
