Crockpot Taco Steak and Rice recipe
Ingredients

beef, round steak
cut into 1 inch cubes |

onions

tomatoes
drained, diced |

2 ½ | ounces |
taco seasoning mix

corn

sweet red bell peppers

minute rice
|
Directions
Into the bottom of a slow cooker; add the beef then onions, tomatoes and taco seasoning mix.
Cover and cook on LOW setting for 5 to 6 hours.
Stir in instant rice, corn and red bell pepper.
Cover and cook for 20 to 30 minutes (until rice is cooked)
Optionally top with sour cream, shredded cheese or lettuce.
