Crispy Crunchy Peanut Snowballs
Crispy and a children pleaser. A very quick and easy no-bake recipe that the kids can help make.
Ingredients
1 | cup |
peanut butter

1 | cup |
powdered sugar
|
|
1 | tablespoon |
butter
|
|
½ | cup |
nuts
chopped |
|
1 | cup |
crisp rice cereal
|
|
¾ | cup |
coconut, shredded (desiccated)
|

Directions
Combine first three ingredients, add nuts and rice crispies.
Roll into small balls and then roll in coconut, pressing to stick the coconut to the ball.
Refrigerate until ready to serve.

How is this calculated?
It says dip in icing? What icing???
almost 12 years agoI wondered about icing as well. So, I tried rolling in dry icing sugar, then coconut, but they were too dry then for the coconut to stick to the ball. So, I just rolled them in coconut....no icing & they were yummy!!!

These is no need to dip in the icing sugar, the recipe is edited. Enjoy these delicious peanut butter snow balls.
