Ingredients

2 cups bananas
mashed
1 tablespoon oranges
rind, grated
cup orange juice
3 large eggs
1 cup brown sugar
packed

cup vegetable oil
2 ½ cups all-purpose flour
1 cup chocolate chips

2 teaspoons baking powder
½ teaspoon baking soda
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon nutmeg

Directions

In bowl, blend bananas, rind and juice.

Beat in eggs.

Stir in sugar and oil.

Combine flour, chocolate chips, baking powder and soda, salt and nutmeg; stir into banana mixture just until blnded.

Pour into 4 greased 5-¾- x 3 to ¼ inch loaf pans.

Bake in 350℉ (180℃) F oven for 45 to 55 minutes or until tester inserted comes out clean.

Let cool in pan on rack for 10 minutes.

Remove from pan and let cool completely on rack.
