Directions
Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
Bake pie shell 6 minutes.
Reduce heat to 325℉ (160℃).
Arrange broccoli with chicken and cheese in baked shell.
Beat eggs with milk, onion, sage, coriander, salt and pepper.
Pour over broccoli and chicken.
Bake 50 minutes.
Cool for 10 to 15 minutes.
