Directions

Place 10 ounces frozen cherries, 1 cup of low-fat vanilla ice cream or frozen yogurt and 1 cup of skim milk in a blender.

Split a vanilla bean in half and use the tip of a sharp knife to scape all the black paste from inside one half into the blender. (If you don't have any vanilla bean, you can just use 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract).

Blend until smooth.

Serve.
