BEWARE! You will have rave reviews and will be requested to make this at every holiday or friends/family gathering!
2 packages, cooked and drained, (I use fresh most of the time...and what ever amount. One bunch or two).
cream of mushroom soup
herb seasoned stuffing crumbs
Cook broccoli, drain well.
Combine soup, mayo, eggs, onion, blend into broccoli.
Pour into 9 x 13 pan...actually probably smaller or anything you want to.
Put cheese over that.
In a small pan, melt butter and add bread crumbs until moistened. (you might need just a smidgeon more butter to moisten all.) I just kind of do what I want.
