Authentic version of the Benihana Ginger Salad dressing served at the Benihana hibachi grill restaurants. This ginger infused, slightly sweet and slightly tangy salad dressing transforms a simple iceberg lettuce salad into a refreshing start to any meal.

Directions

Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor and process until almost smooth.

Makes 6 servings, each of about 2 tablespoon + 2 teaspoons each.

Unused portions may be stored in a covered container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.

Turned out exactly as described. Perfectly balanced, slightly tangy, just the right zip from the ginger and a slight background of sweetness. Also makes a great dip and even a dressing for any vegetable or even meats.
