Directions
- Preheat oven to 375℉ (190℃).
- Grease muffin tin.
- Whisk together bananas, coconut oil, sugar, vanilla, and egg until smooth.
- Add the flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt. Stir until just combined.
- Fold in walnuts.
- Scoop into greased muffin tin, filling each about ⅔ full.
- Bake at 375 for 12 to 15 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Serve warm!
