This is a perfect snackin' dessert for St. Patrick's Day. People keep coming back for more of this Irish Cream enrich cake like bar.

Ingredients

For cake
1 package cake mix, yellow
3 large eggs
2/3 cup liqueur
irish cream style

1/3 cup vegetable oil
For swirl
6 ounces cream cheese frosting
vanilla creamy
*
6 ounces white chocolate chips
1/4 cup liqueur
irish cream style
*

Directions

Preheat oven to 350℉ (180℃).

Prepare a jelly roll pan (about 15 x 10 x1 inch).

Mix cake mix with eggs, Irish Cream and oil.

Set aside ½ cup of prepared cake batter for swirl.

Pour cake batter into prepared pan.

In a small bowl, blend all swirl ingredients.

Drop large spoonfuls of this mixture over the cake batter.

Swirl with a fork to make a marble effect.

Bake 25 to 30 minutes.

Cool and cut into squares.

This recipe is so easy to make, and the bars turned out very moist inside and golden brown outside, cream cheese, Irish Bailey and white chocolate chips brought the rich tasty flavor, very impressive. Tomorrow will package them and give to several friends, I bet they will love these cream bars.

I have made this dessert 2 years running for St. Patty's day and other events and people just love it!! It tastes great and is so easy to make.

I have all but the white choc. chips. I have choc. chips. wonder if that would work. Sounds too awesome and easy to not try it!

I think it should be working, only thing is that the colour is going to be different, instead of white, it may look dark :) But the flavor should be still good!

I have this in the oven now. I'll let you know how it turns out.My pan was a few inches bigger than suggested and I used choc.chips because I didn't have white choc.and I don't like white choc.If it doesn't turn out of course it'll be a bad recipe :)
