Ingredients

1 two crust pie pastry

1 teaspoon cinnamon
¾ cup sugar
6 apples
peeled, sliced

½ cup brown sugar
*
¼ cup honey
½ cup raisins, seedless
½ cup pecans
chopped

Directions

Mix cinnamon-sugar mixture with sliced apples.

Mix apples with a combination of brown sugar and honey.

Add raisins and pecans.

Pile into pastry-lined pie pan, dot with butter and cover with slit top crust.

Bake 425 degrees F for about 50 minutes.
