Ingredients

½ cup applesauce
½ cup apples
diced

1 teaspoon cinnamon
teaspoon cloves

2 large eggs
6 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
cup milk, skim, (non fat) powder
10 packages artifical sweetener

1 teaspoon vanilla extract
½ cup carrots
grated

Directions

Mix all ingredients. Spray muffin tin with Pam. Divide equally. Bake at 350℉ (180℃). for 25 minutes.

Makes 12 muffins
