Directions

Preheat oven to 350℉ (180℃). Cream butter, sugar, eggs and lemon juice. Stir in flour, baking powder and salt. Fold in apples and nuts.

Bake in a greased and floured 9×5×3” loaf pan for 45 to 55 minutes. Yield: 1 loaf
