Directions

Beat first 6 ingredients together well.

Sift remaining ingredients together; add to first mixture, and blend well.

Shape dough into small balls.

Flatten with a glass dipped in sugar.

Place on ungreased cookie sheets.

Bake at 375℉ (190℃) F for 8 minutes (check before that, so they don’t overbake).

Makes about 8 dozen.
