Use some leftover ham or turkey from Christmas to cook this delicious frittata, served with some greek yogurt and mixed greens.

Delicious and so easy to make...I make two versions each time..one with nuts and without nuts. The kids really enjoy it with their egg whites in the morning or for snack.

This is a great recipe. I added extra salt & pepper like others had suggested. These were gobbled up very quickly.
