Serve over hot buttered noodles or mashed potatoes and garnish with chopped parsley if desired. Serve with hot biscuits or bread, if desired.
A very simple dinner for when you don’t have a lot of time to prepare a meal. Use brown rice noodles instead of the white variety to take advantage of the additional fibre they contain. Add other steamed / fresh vegetables to make the meal more substantial.
I have tried this recipe for several times, very easy to make, and tastes very well too, especially they are all vegetables, and I always use no-fat milk. I love it.
