Crab meat is mixed with blue, mozzarella cheese and egg, milk mixture, then baked in a prepared pie crust. It's cheesy and delicious.

When I go to potlucks, family gatherings or on hunting and fishing trips with my husband and son, this cake is one of my favorite desserts to bring. The flavorful cake stays moist as long as it lasts, which isn't long!

Leftover black beans and rice combine to make a great lowfat, low cholesterol salad.

Very easy to make, and it comes out delicious.
