Baby spinach/78 recipes

I made this last night. Absolutely delicious! I doubled the recipe for a 9x13 dish.

This recipe is a pleasant compromise between a salmon loaf and a spinach souffle. It does not have a strong flavor or texture of spinach, as do some cooked spinach dishes.

This recipe is very simple to make, but it goes very well, you will know how satisfied it let you feel, great for your diet!
