This recipe tastes exactly like the original Kentucky Fried Chicken coleslaw but without the slightly bitter preservative aftertaste. It's easy to make with a food processor and it's very economical.

I changed it up a bit by using both a red and green pepper and a can of stewed tomatoes. I cooked on low for a full 8 hours which made the meat extremely tender.

Juicy chunks of chicken and crisp sweet sugar snap peas are in a sweet and slightly sour sauce, it's quick and easy to make, suitable for a weeknight and colorful enough for the weekend. Ready in less than 20 minutes flat.

They were moist and not super sweet, chunks of peaches inside were some juicy and yummy additions. Had them for breakfast and snack in the last a few days, just finished the final one earlier in the afternoon today.
