Homemade hog head cheese

Made this soup a few days ago. I absolutely loved it, and enjoyed it. I did not detect any nasty smell that one of the previous reviewers mentioned. Instead it came out very tasty and flavourful.

Quick and easy, it is a great breakfast, you can bake these lovely quiche in the earlier morning, you can also make them in advance and freeze them.

This recipe is a combination of the best parts of many other General Tso's Chicken recipes I have seen.
