Micro on high??? Yuck --- I suggest you bake the whole mixture [covered]after browning the chicken first--@ 300 F for about 35-40 minutes. Also--the recipe calls for "2 each" can of chicken gravy---use one can of low sodium cream of chicken soup/thin with a little milk instead, it cooks more evenly. Add seasonings to taste.

A spicy and scrumptious dish made with chayotes, anaheim chilies, corn kernels and parmesan cheese.

If you have to be addicted to snacks, this is a great one! I was introduced to these while "stranded" in an airport with a woman who came prepared! They're great to munch on anytime, but are really excellent with wine!! Try them!

You can use salmon or cod with great results in this cheesy bubbly dish.
