This bread was wonderful. I did change a few things. For half a recipe I used 1 cup of sugar, 4 banana,s, and 1 cup of chopped nuts. I also baked it at 350 and it took approx. a little over an hour. I tested it with a tooth pick. DON'T OVER BAKE!!

I used the whole wheat flour, 2 eggs, and my bread was very fluffy and delicious.

These ideal breakfast muffins are not too sweet and very moist. Oats and whole wheat flour add extra fibre and nutrients, but the muffins still come out nice and fluffy. Burst of blueberries are in every singe bite.

When making smoothies, use the whole fruit or vegetable and blend in a good high powered blender (Vitamix and Blendtec are two of the best ones). Fresh fruits and vegetables contain large amounts of soluble and insoluble fibre which will help keep blood sugars stable and keep you full for longer. The combination of ingredients in this smoothie makes it an ideal breakfast as it contains protein, fibre, omega-3 fatty acids and probiotics for healthy digestion.
