Directions
Combine all ingredients except dill, cilantro, cumin, cayenne and salt.
Bring to a boil and simmer for 25 minutes.
Let cool slightly, then puree.
Stir in remaining ingredients with some salt and pepper.
Serve warmed or chilled.
