Directions
In a large bowl, mix together all in the ingredients for the salad.
In a separate bowl, mix together all of the sauce ingredients.
Pour the sauce over the salad ingredients and mix, using your hands, until the papaya begins to soften.
Taste and season accordingly, sprinkle with Thai basil.
Serve cold.
