Directions

Set oven at 180C.

Cover eggs with sausage meat.

Coat eggs with flour, egg and breadcrumbs; press crumbs on firmly.

Place on baking dish and bake at 180C for 30 minutes.

Garnish with parsley sprigs and serve.
