Ingredients

¼ cup vinegar
red wine
¼ cup olive oil
¼ cup ketchup
2 tablespoons soy sauce, tamari
2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon rosemary leaves
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon prepared mustard

1 x beef
pot roast

Directions

Mix ingredients well in a blender, and pour over your pot roast. Cook until tender, 8- 10 hours on Low.
