Ingredients

¾ cup butter
1 cup sugar
½ cup molasses
½ cup grape juice
¾ cup sour milk
1 cup blackberry jam

1 cup watermelon rind
preserves

1 cup fruit preserves
fig

3 cups all-purpose flour
plain
4 cups pecans
chopped
2 teaspoons baking soda
8 large eggs
2 small apples
raw, chopped

½ teaspoon salt
optional
1 each raisins, seedless
*
½ pound candied pineapple
1 pound candied cherries
4 teaspoons cocoa powder

Directions

Mix the above, cook in a greased iron skillet with wax paper lining, cook on 300 degrees.

This cake freezes well.
