Oatmeal Banana and Fruit Muffins recipe













Low in Saturated Fat, Low Cholesterol, Trans-fat Free, Good source of fiber, Very low in sodium, Low Sodium


¾ cup whole-wheat flour
¾ cup rolled oats
1 tablespoon baking powder
½ teaspoon cinnamon
¼ teaspoon nutmeg
1 tablespoon sugar
1 each eggs
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 ½ cups milk, low-fat
1 small bananas
¼ cup sunflower seeds
¼ cup assorted fruits
dried, such as cranberries, apricots


Combine the flour, oats, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg and sugar in a bowl.

Add the remaining ingredients and blend.

Spoon into oiled muffin tins or paper muffin cups.

Bake in a 375 degree F oven for 15 to 20 minutes.

amount of wheat flour to be used I believe is incorrect, needs to be checked, I would say 3/4 cup instead of 3 cups

Thanks for your comment, just changed 3 cups of whole wheat flour into 3/4 cup, you are absolutely right, enjoy!!
