Celery and peanuts not only added some nice crunch, but also gave the salad some delicious tang and nuttiness. Very easy to prepare, for the best result, put it in the fridge for a couple of hours or overnight to allow the flavor to combine. Tasty and refreshing!

Ingredients

6 cups cabbage
shredded
¼ cup scallions, spring or green onions
chopped
cup celery
chopped
cup peanuts
roasted
2 tablespoons sugar
1 ½ teaspoons seasoned salt
2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
cup salad dressing, italian

Directions

Combine cabbage, green onions, celery and peanuts in large bowl.

Blend sugar, salt, vinegar and dressing.

Pour over cabbage mixture and toss well.
