Ingredients

¼ cup honey
¼ cup water
1 large eggs
¼ cup vegetable oil
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
2 medium bananas
ripe, sliced
½ teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon poppy seed
optional
1 ½ cups bread flour
1 ½ cups whole-wheat flour
1 tablespoon yeast, active dry
½ cup walnuts
chopped

Directions

Add ingredients to bread machine.

Note:

Could use all white flour instead of wheat if you like - add the walnuts at the beginning with other ingredients it seems to mix better.

Can also add ½ teaspoon of cinnamon if you like
