Directions
Mix softened butter, oil and sugar.
In separate bowl, mix eggs with vinegar then add to sugar mixture.
Mix flour, salt and soda together, then add to sugar mixture and mix well.
Add vanilla and mix well.
Drop by teaspoon and mash with a fork dipped in water or oil.
Sprinkle with plain or colored sugar.
Bake at 350℉ (180℃) for about 12 minutes or until golden brown.
