Directions
Cut crust off bread slices.
Press into quiche pan.
In bowl combine all eggs and 4 oz cheese, half of the vegetables.
Whisk well & pour into dish.
Then top with remaining 4 oz cheese & other half of vegetables.
Bake 25 minutes at 375℉ (190℃).
