Directions
Cream butter and sugar; beat in egg and milk.
Sift together flour, baking powder, cinnamon and salt.
Stir into butter mixture until well blended.
Stir in orange rind, apples and cranberries.
Drop by teaspoons onto greased cookie sheets.
Bake in preheated 375℉ (190℃) oven for 12 to 15 minutes.
Makes about 48 cookies.
