Ingredients

1 each eggs
large
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 ½ cups applesauce
unsweetened
2 cups all-purpose flour
¾ teaspoon baking soda
2 teaspoons baking powder
½ teaspoon nutmeg
½ teaspoon cinnamon
¾ cup raisins, seedless
optional

Directions

Combine egg, oil and applesauce.

Blend in remaining ingredients.

Bake in non-stick pan, at 425 degrees F for 25 minutes or until lightly browned on top.
