Directions

Process beef, onion, garlic, herbs and spices.

Transfer to a bowl.

Add rest of ingredients and mix to combine.

Oil a loafpan and place mixture.

Bake in preheated 450 oven 15 mins.

Turn down heat, continue baking another 35 mins.

May be done in the microwave too.
