Ingredients

1 ¼ cups milk
scalded, then set at room temperature
½ tablespoon yeast, active dry
2 ½ cups bread flour
1 cup rye flour
½ tablespoon salt
¾ teaspoon cardamom seeds
ground
¼ cup vegetable oil
1 tablespoon barley malt syrup

3 large eggs

Directions

Bring all ingredients to room temperature and pour into bakery, in order. Press "Start".
