This meatloaf is so moist and full of flavour, thanks to ricotta cheese for adding the moisture. Tomato sauce, all the other seasonings and Parmesan cheese add tons of great flavor.

Directions

Blend all but ¼ cup of parmesan cheese, ¼ cup of the tomato sauce and oregano, basil, and ricotta.

Blend ricotta, oregano and basil.

Place ⅓ of the meat mixture in an oiled baking dish .

Spread with ½ of the ricotta mixture.

Repeat ending with meat.

Top with remaining tomato sauce and sprinkle with remaining parmesan cheese.

Bake at 350℉ (180℃) for 45 to 60 minutes or until done.
