Directions

  1. Mash the lentils slightly. Add the bread crumbs, wheat germ, salt, onion, and celery seeds.

Mix well. 2. Form the mixture into 8 patties. Coat with flour. 3. Heat the oil in a skillet and fry the patties on both sides until browned.
