Ingredients

Cake
1 ½ cups sugar
2 cups all-purpose flour
½ teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking powder
½ teaspoon baking soda
1 3 ounce package gelatin, unflavored
lime
5 large eggs
1 ¼ cups vegetable oil
¾ cup orange juice
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon lemon extract

Glaze
3 tablespoons key lime juice
5 tablespoons powdered sugar
1 x whipped cream
for garnish

1 x limes
for garnish, slices

Directions

Cake:

Mix all dry ingredients.

Add liquids and blend well.

Cook cake in 9x13 pan at 350℉ (180℃) for 25 to 30 mins.

Cool for 15 min.

Prick holes all over cake with fork.

Glaze:

Mix lime juice and powdered sugar.

Drizzle over cake.

Cover cake and refrigerate in pan.

To serve, cut into squares and top with whipped cream and thin lime slices!
