Ingredients

½ cup vegetable oil
1 cup sugar
2 large eggs
1 cup bananas
ripe, mashed
1 teaspoon lemon juice
2 cups all-purpose flour
sifted
3 tablespoons baking powder

½ teaspoon salt
½ cup chocolate chips

½ cup raisins, seedless
½ cup nuts

Directions

Cream oil and sugar.

Beat eggs until light and add to the oil and sugar.

Mash bananas and add lemon juice.

Blend with creamed mixture Sift flour, baking powder and salt and mix into banana mixture.

Add chips, nuts, raisins.

Bake in greased 9x5x3 inch loaf pan at 375℉ (190℃). for 1¼ hours.
