Heat oven to 350℉ (180℃). Grease and flour 13×9×2-inch baking pan.
Remove wrappers from chocolate pieces; coarsely chop.
In large bowl, beat butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar.
Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
Stir together flour, baking powder and salt. Add flour mixture alternately with milk to butter mixture, beating well after each addition.
Stir in chopped chocolate.
Pour batter into prepared pan. Bake 30 to 35 minutes or until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean.
Cool completely in pan on wire rack.
